business trip. The room is suitable for 1-2 people. You might be concerned if you are not used to a tiled shower-only bathroom. The entrance was a little hard to find, but overall it's a bang for your buck if you just want a place to sleep.

進房一看就很明顯是沒有怎麼在維護，一大片壁癌，傢俱櫥櫃到處都坑坑巴巴磨損剝落痕跡，很多都是重新上個漆就好的基本維修都沒有做，這些就算了，最難以忍受的是洗澡洗個十分鐘就沒熱水了。 我們訂了三晚，住了一晚實在難以接受因此第二天去問能不能退訂，結果就一直被櫃檯阿伯刁難，騙什麼錢飯店還沒拿到、是在Hotels.com手上所以他們不能退、要去找Hotels.com，我們就真的找了，H社人員跟我們解釋我們一訂房錢就撥給飯店了，然後也很熱心客氣地幫我們跟飯店溝通，櫃伯被打臉還是堅持不能退，只會一直跳針說是我們洗澡洗太久，他只要洗5分鐘就好，又說他自己也沒住過這間飯店沒洗過，是在哈囉？ 後來找到飯店老闆跟H社溝通，老闆也一直說是我們使用習慣問題所以不能退，真的覺得扯，網購買東西用過了不喜歡都可以退，我們只住一晚確認了不適合、後面兩晚都沒有使用過也沒有讓飯店多付出什麼成本，為什麼不能退？飯店設備品質有問題還一直怪是顧客使用問題，態度也很差。 剛好遇到兩組客人退房我們就問了一下，A客人說他們房間洗了半小時都有熱水，B客人說她也是洗5分鐘就沒熱水，只好洗冷水澡，「因為只住一晚想說忍一下就過了」。可見得就不是我們的問題，別的房間要不就是熱水用得久、要不就是也一下子就沒熱水，根本就是飯店設備的問題。櫃伯又被打臉，才讓我們換到A客的房間，然後還是一直嘴硬什麼沒有人洗澡在計時的啦、洗澡5分鐘就夠了啦、飯店已經做很久所以沒有問題啦之類的。我看應該就是大部份住客都像B客一樣太心軟沒有反應而已，熱水很快變冷的問題恐怕很久了。 換房間之後我們還特地計時，確認用了10分鐘後，水龍頭轉到「全熱水」的溫度已經降到跟體溫差不多所以沖澡會冷的程度了。不知道A客她是不是體感時間有問題。 我們就是在北部冬天又濕又冷才來高雄避寒度假，結果還要被迫洗戰鬥澡不然就是冷水澡，一點都不能放鬆。 溝通效率差、服務態度不佳、住宿設備品質爛還一味地怪顧客使用方法不對，真的是很糟糕的飯店！奉勸各位洗澡要10分鐘以上的都不要來住比較好！

房間蠻乾淨的 但裡面有放滿天星當作布置 滿天星很臭，房間都一直聞到味道 熱水也是一下子就沒有了 洗到一半變冷，很不舒服 隔音也不好 都可以聽到外面人走動的聲音 電視不知道是不是有限時間? 晚上回去的時候要看電視時，不管怎麼用都打不開 check in的時候都是正常的
