The Enigma is a very unique and special property with amazing views and great service. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. What a perfect location! It is very cave-like and so the bathroom in the back is dark and not enough lights to navigate the shower. We generally only stay in Marriotts so we are used to soft beds and American level AC so it was a trade off for the unique experience.

Aside from the hotel being absolutely incredible (prime location, amazing amenities, perfect views, peaceful), what stood out to us was how kind, caring, and attentive the staff were. From the moment you check in to the moment you’ve boarded your flight or ferry, you will feel fully supported and taken care of. They ensure your comfort and well being by ordering a car to and from the airport/port and provide excellent recommendations for sight-seeing. We also appreciated how they recommended truly authentic restaurants instead of popular trendy spots.
