Great location. Walkable to lots of points, and hop on hop off bus stop right at the corner of a building. Room is nice size with everything you need, and there is a shared dining area with microwave. They also have wallet parking for $20 a day.

This place is a hidden gem in Palermo . Right in the heart of beautiful city within walking distance to all amenities. Daniel was super helpful with restaurants recommendations and transfer reservation. Our room was nice size and super clean with daily cleaning service, the area with free coffee , wine glasses was an extra touch. I was in the Abatellis room. Loved the high ceiling, large bed & bathroom, and 3 windows including a terrace. The room was maintained welled and spot clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided at a local Bar one block away. Was able to enjoy Granitas at Summer day. Overall an wonderful experience!

Nice, modern rooms and great to have two single beds for the kids. Staff was great and nice valet service for having our rental car parked. Good location in the Palermo city center with plenty to walk to. The breakfast provided at the cafe down the block wasn’t that good, so would recommend taking care of breakfast yourself.

The hotel is in a nice area within walking distance to many restaurants. Approximately 20 mins to train station and ferry. Rooms are quite large, clean and updated. Very comfortable beds. Bathrooms were spacious, however, the hot water was limited. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We were able to check into our rooms early and they arranged private transport to the airport. Depending on where your room is located, noise could be an issue. Our room was located near the main entrance and we could hear every guest/ staff talking and the door shut each time someone would enter/exit. Overall, nice stay.

Breakfast good and room was clean. Wifi never worked in room. Hot water only lasts 45 seconds then all warm water and pressure goes out. Very stressful car valet process, extremely busy corner, honking buses, etc. Since you essentially have to block traffic to drop your car. Be ready to jump out of your car with all your bags if it is a busy day.
