The hotel is in a nice location and the room was quite quiet other than the squeaking bathroom door. The hair dryer was faulty and getting way too hot. You couldn’t open the toilet seat due to poor counter design. We got stuck in the elevator our first morning and no one seemed to care. There was a half full coffee cup on the stairs we took for the remainder of our stay for at least three days and the breakfast, when there was some available wasn’t too bad but the coffee had grounds in the cups.

I stayed here for one night with my 14-year-old daughter. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate, and the croissants were especially delicious. What stood out the most was how safe we felt throughout our stay. Most of the other guests were families, which created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, this is a solid, budget-friendly hotel that offers good value for the price. I would stay here again.

Only reception looks nice. Room is so humid, no microwave, electric sockets were not working. Washroom exhaust fan doesn't work. We asked staff to send technician 4 or 5 times but no one came. Breaksfast is also not that good and breakfast lounge is small and only accomodate around 20 peopl.

It's affordable for a reason. The room I had was very old and outdated, but clean enough for an overnight stay. The installed wall air conditioner seemed to be broken so there was a floor model with a hose to the window instead - Very loud. The parking offered is expensive, so I parked in a covered garage a little up the street for a fraction of the price. The staff were very pleasant and the location is right downtown.

This hotel is good for the price. It's in a good location. We didn't use their parking lot because we have a Ram pickup truck that wouldn't fit in their lot. But we found parking down the street for less. We found the room small for a family of 4, but okay for sleeping. The elevator is a little sketchy. If you're claustrophobic like me, I recommend using the stairs.
