We arrived with a car and there was plenty of parking at the hotel. Hotel itself walking distance to all sites. Wish we could remember the name of the receptionist who checked us in as he was fantastic! He even wished one of the party a Happy Birthday on the check-out the next day. Fabulous service. The pool area was lovely and the room was perfect. Breakfast was a buffet style and plentiful.

Great one-night stay. Secure, with off-street parking. Was warmly welcomed by the staff at check-in. Very comfortable reception and bar area. Nice room. Large pool area. It’s doubtful that there is a nicer or larger hotel in Kairouan.

Despite only staying one night, I have a lot of positive things to say about this hotel. The customer service was spot on, staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were slightly dated but that didnt bother me at all. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Conplimentary welcome drink and sweet treats were a great gesture. An excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. The hotel is in a good location - only a short walk to the medina. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Nous avons été particulièrement bien reçus par Raaba. Nous la remercions pour son professionnalisme et son sens de l'accueil. Citronnade à l'arrivée accompagnée de makrouts et surclassement (magnifique suite donnant sur la piscine). Le buffet du soir et le petit-déjeuner étaient variés et bons.

Hôtel daté et chambres un peu vieillissantes mais tres bien tenu dansl'ensemble. Très bon accueil : verre de bienvenue, groom qui vous accompagne jusqu'à la chambre, bouteille d'eau offerte ; je nai rien vu de tout cela cette semaine dans les quatre précédents hôtels de même gamme ! Hôtel très bien situé également : la médina et la Grande mosquée sont a moins 800 metres ! J'ai eu la chance d'avoir une chambre avec terrasse au dessus d'une piscine très propre par ailleurs. Petit déjeuner habituel + jus d'orange frais. Seul bémol, comme souvent, une seule prise dans la chambre.

je ne peux que le recommander vivement ! Dès mon arrivée, l'accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel. Le personnel est extrêmement attentif et soucieux de rendre votre séjour agréable. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien équipée, avec un lit incroyablement confortable. De plus, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, à proximité des attractions principales tout en étant dans un quartier calme. Une expérience vraiment agréable, et je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage dans la région !"

En hiver (début février), le chauffage de la chambre est hétérogène, en raison de la taille de la pièce. Le choix au restaurant n'est pas considérable, sans surprise car il y avait très peu de client, mais fait le job. Tout le personnel est très cordial.
