Riad Chayma is a gem of a hotel with excellent and very efficient staff on hand to deal with any questions. I really couldn’t fault this Riad tucked away in a very busy medina which is very safe and some great places to eat. I will certainly be making a return visit and look forward to it.

We had an amazing stay !!! We got a bit adventurous and decided to stay elsewhere for the 2 last days . Nice Riad also but we really enjoyed Riad Chayma for the ambience, food and convenience . The staff were helpful too . Overall will recommend and will stay again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We loved staying here. Adii and Mohammed welcome their guests wholeheartedly and are always available for guidance. Excellent location to exlpore the souk and easy walking distance to take a taxi if needed. Nice breakfast on rooftop terrace served by a sweet lady who always had a smile on her face. Our room...Bougainvillea...was spacious and comfortable. The hotel can arrange for pickup at the airport which we found convenient. Definitely a fantastic choice for a stay in Marrakesh.

Great stay at this cozy Riad. The breakfast is ok, but tea water on Termos that has contained coffee is a no-go for me. I loved the personal service, the mint-teas and the heather in our room (temperature below 5 degrees (Celsius) during the nights in December. Will definitely try to book them again, and recommend to friends.

Beautiful Riad with fantastic welcoming staff. They cant do enough for you. Beautiful breakfast every day served by the sweetest lady. Very comfortable bed too. I’m Situated very close to Bab dou kalla .., convenient gate for taxis.

Wow I have ran out of superlatives to describe our stay at the Riad Chayma! A truly fantastic place to stay in Marrakech and somewhere that really encapsulates the unique feel of the city. All the staff are warm, welcoming, attentive and go above and beyond like no where else i’ve travelled before. I would like to thank the Riad Chayma team again for making our time so special. What seems like a 'hole in the wall' kind of place , becomes an oasis of comfort and beauty !! You are greeted by a very kind and friendly hotel manager Mohammad , who not only gives you all the info you might need to navigate a foreign culture, but also truly cares for you confort and we'll being . You are offered the traditional mint tea, a map to yours sorrounding and a friendship from the get go . The room is spacious and very comfortable and Mohammad and his staff will make sure you have whatever you might need. From a cold bottle of water , ice , tips of the best restaurants in town and best places to visit . ( Agafay camel ride, Les brains d'orient, market etc) Breakfast is amazing and the overall experience unforgettable!! No second thoughts , this is the place to go !!

My mom and I enjoyed our stay tremendously at Riad Chayma! The riad is the perfect oasis from the bustling city outside. Breakfast on the rooftop can’t be beat and we also relaxed on the rooftop after dinner each night. The staff, including Mohammad, Azil, Nacer, and the 2 ladies who made our breakfasts made sure we were taken care off and gave us great advice on how to navigate Old Medina. The only challenge during our trip was finding the riad upon arrival. Google Map works but we not prepared for the subtle sign at the riad. Please note that the main street (before turning left onto 8 Derb Taabout) is a small and extremely busy street packed with many merchants, restaurants, motor bikes (no lanes) and pedestrians so not easy to navigate with luggage in tow. Nacer was nice enough to pick us up when we called for directions. Once you reach Riad Chayma, it will all be worth it! Thank you again to the professional staff who helped to make our stay perfect!

こちらのリャドで4泊しました。とても人通りの多い通りから少し入った所にあるのに、中に入ると外の喧騒が嘘のようにゆったりとした気持ちのいい空間が広がっています。　宿泊した部屋の広さも十分で、居心地が良くてついつい部屋で長居してしまいました。　マラケシュの旧市街の観光名所と新市街の両方に徒歩で行けるので、全ての行きたかった場所を徒歩で見て回ることが出来ました。

Non sono rimasta particolarmente soddisfatta . Il personale è molto gentile ,la cena e la colazione sono ottimi e la struttura è in una buona posizione. Quello che non mi è piaciuto sono stati dei costi extra applicati senza preavviso. Ho pagato il servizio colazione e non mi hanno dato la possibilità di avere un take away visto che il mio volo era alle 6 della mattina. Ho richiesto un taxi per l'aeroporto facendolo pagare 30 €. ( 10 € in piu per l'orario). Le camere sono belle ma per essere una suite mi aspettavo un letto piu grande. Bello il bagno. Per due notti ,una cena e servizio taxi per aeroporto ho pagato 480€...
