Very good service and very fast

Every morning during my stay, I had breakfast on the 4th floor with a view of the Sarawak River. There were varieties of local dishes, desserts and fruits. Great location on the waterfront. A nice free upgrade with a city view didn't hurt. Great bed, great bathroom, very clean. Goof breakfast. Really impressed with the staff. They are so nice here, know how to treat a guest.

Overall, the facilities are excellent and conveniently located in the downtown area, Kuching. We had a nice stay at the hotel and staff were friendly. Directory of the operation, Kenny Tham was extremely helpful with arranging a day tour for us.

The professionalism of the staff aligned with the quality of the property and delicious room service menu choices; top-notch! There was some construction going on that we only barely heard once for about 10 minutes. Bonus: my family of three where two of us have wheelchair needs, we found the food court, spa services and convenience store on the property to be very comfortable and convenient.
