La chambre était très petite, beaucoup de bruit au premier étage, la piscine est très petite et n’est pas à l’extérieur c’est juste qu’il n’y a pas de toit au dessus de la piscine. Le personnel est sympathique. Le déjeuner est passable.

Hotel is really handy located between Karon and Kata beach. Lots of restaurants, shops around. Check in was easy and they helped organize transport to airport. Was upgraded to bigger room with easy access to the pool. Room was suspicious with safe, slippers and they provided beach mats at reception.

The location of this hotel is 5/5 - walking distance to Karon and Kata beaches, shopping, dining, etc. Room was fine, other than a towel that smelled like it came out of a frat house 😑, and my neighbors vomiting over the balcony repeatedly (why not just use bathroom?) at 0600. I would say this is great for the “centralized party crowd,” but if you’re looking for a more upscale experience, look elsewhere.

A quality stay in a modern boutique situation.

A veritable boutique oasis nestled conveniently within strolling distance of both Kata and Karon beach. The boutique styling of the hotel is on point and the staff, accommodating and pleasant. Comfortable bed and pillows, efficient fridge and air conditioning along with a well appointed bathroom with shower are just some of the facilities enjoyed. There is a pool area (more of a plunge pool) but located in a well designed manner and a spacious restaurant area on the second floor. You can feel the thought and care that has gone into the owners realisation of a facility very much based on a desire to create a welcoming space to enjoy and be at ease in. OneLoft delivers on its promise and despite the high standard already attained I get the impression that OneLoft will no doubt raise the bar even higher as far as hospitality in the area is concerned. There is convenient public transport into Phuket town via the Bhat bus which passes by the entrance. On this journey just ring the bell to stop as you wish along the way (an experience not to be missed). Based upon my recent stay at OneLoft, I have no hesitation in recommending this boutique hotel, modern and stylish in a local setting.

Det er et fint lille Hotel, men der manglede nogle ting på værelset. Bl.a kunne jeg okke se tv, da der manglede en boks. På denne boks jeg så fik, var der udelukkende russiske kanaler og en Fransk kanal med nyheder på Engelsk.Det er ikke iorden. Morgenbuffet var ok, men der manglede ost og yougurt jeg så selv måtte købe.

One and only loft 👍😎

The location is excellent in between karon and kata beach ⛱️ 5 min walk to both. There is lots of nitelife around the hotel and hotel has a very trendy cafe bar with beaut cocktails. Room was in good condition - good value so would recommend

Nice and clean hotel with artsy decoration. The staff there is so friendly and helpful with any request. The really do their best to make you feel well and welcome. This place comes highly recommed. Short walk to the beach.

Great Stay

Great, clean hotel which is resonably priced. Good location to both Kata and Karon beach. Loads of restaraunts around, the pool was great and there was a nice buffet breakfast each morning :)

Great choice

Really nice staff. I was stung by a jellyfish and one of the receptionists looked after me and gave me vinegar to soothe the sting. Above and beyond service. The breakfast was great, the hotel is modern and clean and it is close to 2 beaches and surrounded by great restaurants. My only complaint is that the person working the reception at night time was a bit surly.

One of my worst ever hotel stays

This is actually my first ever bad review of anything that I am going to post here on Hotels.com. I have been to over 40 different countries and stayed in various places in Thailand and this was a huge let down. I should start off by stating that I even wrote an email to the hotel manager explaining the situation and what happened but I didn't receive a response. I will always try to reach out to an establishment to resolve any issues before I post a review so it's a shame that no one bothered to respond to me. i showed up 5 minutes prior to check in time at 2 pm and I was told that my room wouldn't be ready yet. I had to wait 45 minutes in order to check in and receive my room and I did wait patiently as I know these things happen when hotels are full. Unfortunately, my room wasn't properly cleaned and the floors and tables next to the bed were still dirty so I had to finish up cleaning the room myself. Second, I had problems with the air conditioning as I couldn't turn it on without calling the front desk and having the staff come up to the room to turn it on. I needed assistance every time as my air conditioning seemed to not work properly. Next, the hot water didn't work in the shower! On top of all of this I had issues when I went to check out. The front desk was calling me before check out to make sure I was going to leave the room! They made me check in late but expected me to check out early. It was just really horrible service.

Good Location

Very good location, close both Kata and Karon beaches. There was an issue with the cleaning but the manager was more than willing to rectify the issue. Overall a good hotel and good service.
