We had the breakfast for 2 days from the hotel, the food selection is ok, a little greasy for those fried dishes that was in the menu selection, overall it was a pleasant stay, alot of stores around the area too.

Close to places to shop and find good food. Staff is nice and very helpful. Clean rooms On our first stay we have to transfer to a different room 3X, first the air conditioning unit had a lot of water leak. The next was, the towel rack fell and the 3rd the room needed to be fumigated for pest control. Hot water control is not right. ,

Firstly, the front desk female was a tad rude, but I’m not sure if it was intentional or just a language barrier. The girl would tell me things in English, then when I would respond, she would speak in Tagalog to my fiancé and my fiancé would have to translate. She didn’t even try to answer any of my questions directly, she would just respond to my fiancé. Since I am the one who made the reservation and am asking the questions it would have been appropriate to at least try to converse with me, because they were speaking English fine when they felt like it. Secondly, the price is quite high for what this hotel offers. This was in October and prices were 4k PHP a night( around $60/ night but a tad cheaper thru hotels.com). I am staying at a very nice hotel with restaurants and pools in boracay island for cheaper than that. The room was mostly clean except the carpets were gross. They were darkened over time and looked like they haven’t been carpet cleaned in years. Burns and tears also, I wouldn’t recommend walking around barefoot, thankfully there were slippers. There were no robes, no actual tissues, just a roll of TP placed in tissue box lol. No hand towels provided, no iron in the room. Overall I’d say it’s a very mediocre hotel priced very high because of its location, which is very close to SM Mall, a 3 min walk. If you care about that sort of thing then maybe it’s worth it for you. smart tv was good and the staff was prompt in bringing requested items to room.

Staff confirmed pick up at the airport but nobody showed up. They did not even notify me that the transport was not available on that day and time. I called them and they asked me to take a taxi and they will reimburse. It is not about the money. Staff was not apologetic. Staff has no communicarion skills. They cut me off while I was still speaking. Customer service is 0% satisfactory.
