The property was converted from an old monastery. It has picturesque courtyards, free breakfast and a restaurant with indoor and outside seating. Hotel guests receive a 10% dining discount. You can reach the hotel from the Venice airport via water taxi. It docks at pier A a few steps away from the hotel. Very clean and very spacious, though no TV in the room.

Incredible hidden gem! It is a hostel that houses students throughout the year but has private apartments. Very secure and well maintained. Used to be a monastery and abandoned for many decades but completely renovated and hip. Has a bar and restaurant in the courtyard. Free breakfast was a major plus. Views to the canal and a 1 min walk to the water bus that takes you to the airport. Highly recommend!

An absolute delight to spend a few nights at this unique destination. Full of sunny table filled court yards, delicious food and drinks at the cafe/ restaurant, loved the location on the edge of the city, multinational guests including students, travelers and families. Great location in Venice at a very reasonable cost. Easy walk to main attractions. Super helpful that the airport waterbus pick up location was only a short 3-minute walk from the property. Overall facility was very clean and well maintained. Staff helpful and super friendly. Our stay included breakfast which was the basic, standard fare that you see at similarly priced properties in Europe. We will definitely stay here again as it offered a large, clean and well-priced alternative when visiting Venice. Only criticism is that the fitness facility was super small and could only accommodate 3 people at a time, was not readily accessible (you had to ask for a separate key from the front desk) and a bit disappointing on that one aspect. Quiet neighborhood location but very close to food/restaurants as well as a COOP Supermarket.

We really enjoyed this location in Venice. Its conveniently near 2 boat stops. One that is the last pick up and first drop off from the airport on Venice, and another that public transportation conveniently goes to. It was a in a quiet but really nice area in the city.
