The employees are well trained and get out problems quickly and in my case, the room was flooded due to an operational error by the guest in the neighboring room and asap changed the room! The meals and breakfast are excellents with a variety of proteins and desserts with fruits and sweets. Room and accessories in good condition and hotel well located for religious tourism.

When I visit the holy city I usually stay at this hotel and I am very pleased with the ongoing renovations and I stayed in one of the renovated single rooms. Everything is fine and the only downside is that a curtain could be installed in the shower without the glass. Great breakfast with a variety of fruits, carbohydrates, proteins and also countless treats!

Não gostei, café da manhã ruim, não por ser simples, mas pela qualidade. Deixei a chave do carro com a portaria, e quando fui pegar, sumiram com a chave , e depois encontraram dentro de outro carro. O restaurante precisa de limpeza, estava sujo precisando de manutenções. A localização do hotel é excelente, muito próximo da Basilica.
