The property was really clean, the room was very basic but we don't spend a lot of time in the room, the shower was really powerful which is what I like

We had a good experience with the hotel. Our room was quiet and very clean. The beds were comfy. However, though there was plenty of hand and body soap, shampoo with conditioner and body lotion, there were only 2 clean bath towels and a shower mat. There were no hand towels or wash towels. The AC was a bit noisy, but tolerable. All in all, for a one night stay, it was good. 😊

The place was clean and comfortable. Parking was a bit far from the main entrance to the hotel.

Ok, first don't expect that this hotel would match the top hotels in big cities. This place is a small city where you don't find better restaurants open after 9 pm. This hotel is decent and mostly clean. AC works great. Employees are very nice. Just nobody speaks English at all. Lucky I have a Spanish speaking companion with me or it would be very difficult communicating. They don't offer breakfast but there is a nice restaurant next to it. Over all it was good experience and for that I'll give it 5 stars.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and there are many options for eating . It has parking which is a major plus. Maybe if the beds were a bit softer would be better. But overall, good experience.

Good parking space. Secure. The hotel is across the street from a convenience type store/Pharmacy named Guadalajara, like a CVS or Walgreens. That is great!

Lots of noise from children in the halls, elevators and mechanical. TV was broken. A very dated hotel that needs an upgrade. But the restaurant was very nice.

property needs a renewal work. Shower water pressure is weak, hot water is not hot enough. Needs to have a chair in the room, no use if only a desk. Heater is cold. Casino keeps me busy for a little. Staff is good. May not stay here for the value.

6/10 Good

Good location. Restaurants nearby. Safe. Casino in hotel but restaurant only open on the weekend. No pool. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is older and renovations were poor. The bed was uncomfortable and I had to clean the room to feel comfortable. The linens were stained and room temperature was too cold it didn’t seem like the heater worked.

The location
Verified review

6/10 Good

The bathroom didn’t have a mat, limited towels. TV don’t work, the blinds didn’t cover outside light, pillows too small, bed was hard. Hotel needs a makeover. Staff was friendly and kept room clean daily.

Safe area and hotel. Big clean rooms and clean restrooms! Excellent restaurant and bar. Free parking on site! Many restaurants and shopping mall around. Beautiful night club just across the street

I have stayed in this hotel since the 1980's. Both dining areas are much improved, but the main hall can use more lighthing. The food is good as always and servers are very efficient.
