Very spacious room and bathroom. Washing machine and heated towel rail in bathroom. So much storage space if you’re staying for a long period of time. It is truly a 2 minute walk to the tram and underground train system which was so nice. Only drawbacks: could have used more towels than one per person and more pillows for sleep. Otherwise I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location just up from the Bohemian Museum and the metro stop. Plenty of shops nearby including grocery stores. The mini washing machine in the bathroom and the fact that the bathroom doubled as a drying room means a 4 day short break can be accompanied comfortably with just an under the seat carry on bag! Highly recommend this place!!

The room was lovely—large and included a kitchen. It is also in a great location, away from the crowds, but within a ten minute walk to the main drag. We are currently staying at our eighth hotel during our Eastern/Central European trip, and this hotel had the worst front desk service by far. Our two encounters with separate counter staff felt belittling. Warning: the rooms contain a washer but no dryer (the instructions on the website are in Czech). We were surprised to learn there was no drying function! Also, housekeeping only comes once a week—very odd, the only hotel we encountered like this.

Our stay at Vinohradský dum was overwhelmingly positive. The building is lovely with a beautiful entry way and staircase. The proprietor welcomed us warmly and ensured we were able to get the key and access the room - he was very helpful and kind. The location is slightly away from the busy tourist areas and was a bit like a quiet oasis from the crowds. But all the city sights are still easy to access by foot and by metro/tram which are located right downstairs. The apartment was spacious and clean with a kitchenette and small washing machine. There were plenty of places to eat within just a few blocks from the building. We will definitely stay here again should we visit Prague again in the future.

Beautiful spot! Highly recommend. We stayed on the top floor for five nights and the room had everything we needed. Hot water was abundant and the bathroom included a small washing machine. The kitchenette had all essentials needed for eating in, reheating take away, and the fridge was a good size. There is plenty of storage and thoughtful directions for everything. The space was roomy and the rooftop windows make for a nice aesthetic, great air circulation, and keep the city noise out when closed. Elevator is small and you will still need to climb a few stairs to access it. There is plenty to do within walking distance- museums, shopping, restaurants, and green spaces. Access to all forms of public transporation nearby. Uber pick up spot right outside the entrance. P.s. Kebap spot next door is great too.

The best location next to a major train / tram station! We got a city view room facing the street and it was quiet. Street view was so pretty though. We could see some sunrise and sunset over the skyline. The room was so spacious it’s like a full apartment. Tons of tables and shelves for storage. This location has the best local food in town too. Not super touristy expensive and they tasted way better. Lastly, you have to try the beer / wine bath downstairs! 10% discount for hotel guests. We highly recommend this place!!!
