Great location. Friendly and helpful staff at the desk. The common spaces could use a little sprucing up. There's some electrical work going on in the hotel as of today (June 13 & 14) but I'm confident it can be repaired once the work is done. Please be aware that the hotel has stairs. While there's an elevator, it's a little funky and guests will be required to go up and down some stairs during their stay. Mobility impaired guests may want to take this into account. Generally a good space. Will be back!

Very cute hotel in a great location in Berlin. We were visiting during record high heat to so it was bummer there is no AC but they had two tower fans which helped some. They had a small parking garage that was kinda price and very tiny if you didn’t have a small car but overall it worked for what we needed.

Zoals men zegt: if you pay peanuts…. Dit was by far het slechtste hotel waar we ooit geslapen hebben. De ligging is top, de prijs laag…..maar dan heb je het wel gehad. Dramatisch slecht onderhouden, kleine kamers waar een, laten we het een soort van badkamer noemen, is gebouwd. Zo klein dat het toilet onder de wastafel hing en dan ook nog eens zo laag dat gebruik in feite af te raden is. Bedden waren niet fijn. Het lijkt wel alsof gedacht wordt, we leggen er een topper op en het is een goed bed. Nou nee hoor. Kussens zo klein, je kan net zo goed zonder proberen te slapen. En pas toen we in de middag even terugkwamen op de kamer, bleek dat de handdoeken maar 1x in de 3 dagen (!) worden gewisseld. Die moesten we maar ophangen. Dat was in die kamer nog niet zo simpel. Echt plek en gelegenheid was er niet. Oh er was een lift. Maar mensen, ben je slecht ter been, hier niet boeken! Eerst een trap op naar de lift. Daar nog een trap naar de receptie of de lift naar de verdieping. Dat wil zeggen, een verdieping. Je moest altijd nog een trap nemen om bij je kamer te komen. Hetzij naar boven, hetzij naar beneden. Het was verder een aftands gebouw. Plafonds ik de gangen open met zicht op alle kabels. De mensen bij de receptie waren redelijk vriendelijk maar spraken amper Duits. Al met al, geen goede ervaring

近くに商業施設もあり立地は良かったです 入口の呼び鈴の位置がわかりにくかったのですが、通りすがりの人が教えてくれました 2階がレセプションになっていて、親切なスタッフがテキパキとチェックイン手続きをしてくれました 建物やエレベーターは古いですが、ちょっと雰囲気があってめちゃくちゃ天井が高くて落ち着くつくりです 部屋によって広さは違うようですが、湯沸かしポット、コーヒーカップ、ヘアドライヤーなど必要なものは一通りそろっています カーテンの遮光性もばっちりで、よく眠れました ホテル代が高いベルリンの中では、とてもコストパフォーマンスのいいホテルだと思います またここに泊まりたいです！

Gute Lage aber auch Nachteile

Wir haben das Hotel für einen Kurztripp am Wochenende gebucht. Die Lage in der Nähe des KaDeWe und des Europa Centers/Kurfürstendamm ist wirklich gut. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist nur circa 500 m entfernt. Nicht gefallen hat uns das Zimmer beziehungsweise die Ausstattung. Es ist zu empfehlen, nach einem Zimmer nach hinten raus zu fragen, da zur Straßenseite hin es sehr laut ist. Die Nasszelle ist viel zu klein gewesen. Um vernünftig auf der Toilette zu sitzen, muss man unter dem Waschbecken Limbo tanzen und durch den Lüfter konnte man Gespräche des Nachbarzimmers hören. Das frühstück war in Ordnung. Für 10,90 € gab es Kaffee und Tee, verschiedene Sorten Brötchen, Croissants, Brotaufstriche, ausreichend Aufschnitt, Müsli und Joghurt. Positiv ist noch zu erwähnen, dass man uns für anderthalb Tage bei den Parkgebühren entgegengekommen ist.
