Room was spacious however, it was dusty and has a musty smell. Not well maintained. Wifi is just in public areas. Staff are helpful and the restaurants served good food.

I love this hotel. I would go back. No swimming pool which is okay because we were out most of the time. I did not see nearby establishments here. It was a comfortable stay.

The courtyard would have been an ideal place to have meals but it is quite humid! There is no airflow and the little wall waterfalls make it worse. It smells of wet socks! And fake plants in the planters? Why? There is a sufficient source of sunlight. Plant real flowers.

Great service, greeted with a smile by the staff. Several dishes listed on their menu were not available. If it is in the menu, then make it available.

Disappointed with Ammeneties

I am a bit disappointed the reason why I checked in was because I needed WIFI for business purposes. I was notified upon check in WIFI service was not working. I figured checking in to tgisbhotel would help with my need to connect to WIFI because of its good ratings. It’s unfortunate I was not able to work because of this and it was too late to even find another hotel. It would be beneficial to have some kind of indication or warning that such necessity is not available. Furthermore, the bed was so uncomfortable.

Pepperland overnight

Extremely good value; comfortable, clean room, decent breakfast included and excellent evening meal in Japanese restaurant. Filipino/western restaurant also available. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel would have more stars if it had pool, gym or whatever. Finally, easy walking distance from airport despite which the hotel always offers transport.

A hotel near the airport.

The rooms smell of old and damp furniture and very dusty. We had to call housekeeping to clean the tables phone etc. looks like housekeeping is not doing its job. Rooms are old and need to remodel.
