We have stayed at this hotel several times, even though is no fully accessible because it has small steps in the entrances to the main buildings, we have enjoyed it. It has a nice restaurant onsite and the food is tasty. Staff has been courteous and friendly, with a couple of exceptions. During our last visit we had some issues with the toilet seat, it was broken, we only stayed one night, so we did not bothered to tell the reception.

El personal bien, teníamos un evento y nos dejaron pasar antes a la habitación. El hotel está viejo y le hace falta una remodelación pero eso no es problema. El problema fue que nuestra habitación olía a limpiador de lavanda cuando llegamos y se sentía que la acababan de limpiar, eso está bien… pero el baño tenía dos coladeras las cuales tenían una tapa de hule en cada una para evitar olores, cosa que no evitaba olía a drenaje demasiado. Después entendimos porque olía tanto a limpiador de lavanda y no se quitaba en la habitación, los dos olores mezclados (lavanda y caño) hacía que oliera toda la habitación a baño público, no pudimos dormir del mal olor. Todo lo demás bien pero eso de verdad hizo que no regrese a ese hotel. Cuando salimos y llegamos a casa nuestras cosas, maleta, ropa y hasta mi bote de agua olían a baño público! Muy desagradable.
