I like the location of the Hotel. It was located in a safe area and very close to popular areas for shopping, dining, transport, etc. My room decorated very well and it was very clean. But there were some noise coming from water pipes in the bathroom in the nights, also some unpleasant smell after the shower. Hair dryer was not working properly. Staff was helpful but they seemed unhappy or unsatisfied, particularly the staff working in the breakfast/cafe area. No smiling at all. But they were still very helpful and kind when you ask something.

İ only wanted to store my luggage a beardy heavyset employee mentioned directly the room wasn t ready ( i knew as it was already in the description) i asked him if he had some Info on what to ser in Ankara..he haddn t ,he ddnt maske an effort to sum up some things to see..thats a Pitt But the person who checked ne in and out was very kind The girl in the bar and she was also there at breakfast was very kind and sweet ( it s a Pitt nobody wearss name tags) Room was tidy and clean Breakfast was seven the price i had paid good

Burada daha once konaklamistim ve o zaman sorun yoktu ancak aradan gecen sure icinde eskiyen yerlerde gerekli bakim ve yenilemelerin yapilmadigini farkettim. Ilk gece kaldigim odanin ozellikle banyosu kotu durumdaydi ve giderlerden gelen cok agir bir koku vardi. Ayrica yan odalardan gelen gurultuden rahatsiz oldum. Ricam uzerine ikinci gecemde degisim yapilarak daha iyi bir oda verildi, bunun icin calisanlara tesekkur ederim.

Buraya otelden çok hostel denebilir. Zemin kirli, olanaklar sınırlı. Gürültülü ve izolasyon berbat. Kahvaltıda bir şey bitince yerine konmuyor. Henüz toplama saati gelmeden açık büfe kahvaltının bulunduğu alanın kapısına 2 adet bebek oyurağı çekerek kapatıyorlar :) çay bile alamıyorsunuz devam eden kahvaltınıza. Sözgelimi bir filtre ya da espresso veya herhangi bir kahve içmek isterseniz extra olarak otelin kahve dükkanından alabilirsiniz ve bu extra olarak odanıza eklenir :) daha bir çok şey sayılabilir.

Öncelikle beklediğimden çok daha güzel bir oteldi. Çalışanlar ilgili. Kaldığım odanın duş başlığı sorunluydu ama puan düşürecek bir sorun değil. Genel olarak çok temiz görünüyordu yatak çok rahat ve temizdi. Sadece yerler fazla tozlu ve kirliydi sanırım süpürülmeden silinmiş. Teşekkürler Cinnah.

Öncelikle çalışanlar çok kaba.Buna restoran cafe deki görevliler de dahil.Ben bu oteli valesiz ücretsiz otoparkı olduğu yazdığı için tercih etmiştim girişte aracınız var mı var ise anahtarını almamız gerekiyor dediler nedenini sorduğumda ise deprem toplanma alanı olduğu için anahtarınızı almamız gerekiyor dediler.Asansörlere hostel edasıyla dışarıdan yiyecek içecek getirmek yasaktır diye yazmışlar.Restorana sorduğumda ise her sorduğuma yok dendi yani paranızla hizmet de alamıyorsunuz.Son olarak ise banyodaki musluğu azıcık açtığımda her yere fışkırıyordu ayarı bozuk sanırım.Bu rezillik üzerine dayanamayıp otelden ayrıldım başka bir otele geçtim.Konumun iyiliğine güvenip hizmetten kısmışlar sanırım fakat ben konum için değil hizmet için gitmiştim ondan da benden aldıkları not 0.
