Decent hotel experience but overall the conditions of the room were subpar. Not to mention the roaches that were on the pillow that made me not want to sleep on the bed. The rooms could be improved if they clear the infestations.

From the outside it may feel a bit deceptive, but once I stepped into my room I was truly surprised on how maintained and clean the place was, I had good customer service as well! For my first time ever experience, I was truly over all happy to see that looks don’t do it justice, be aware you’re getting what you pay for so that’s why I feel like I have to say that is was aware and to my surprise I was met with a pretty chill environment!

This motel was unsafe. My daughter and o needed to have a place to sleep for one night while we were traveling. Let’s say we barely slept. We checked in at 10 and left by 530 am sine we were both could not sleep because we were scared of our surroundings. You definitely get what you pay for here.

I arrived to check in and was greeted by name. My paperwork and room card was already available. Everything was prepared before I came in. It made the check in process extremely quick. It was great!

AC in my room could have worked better and BA couple of the staff, have an attitude. If you let them just don't let them and they will act right. Also, rooms could be cleaner and not have a stench, and then when you first move in to have to fully clean it

The girls at the front desk are very helpful and friendly especially Christy and Geneva and the housekeeping is really nice the maintenance people are amazing especially rigo and the security is awesome it is easy to Walk to the store and food places and I feel safe

Horrendous, the manager, s tall woman with a chip on her shoulder, racist tendencies, unprofessional demeaner, illegally activites, A straight right past B to C. A seedy, unsavory , ogre of a woman. A real beaute. She should be replaced by the night auditor who works there. The two security people were very helpful and considerate.
