Loved it. The owners made us a full buffet breakfast even though we were the only guests. Very friendly staff. Clean and tidy, good beds, rooms etc. One issue was getting access when we arrived in the evening. We needed to call and couldn’t because our Australian phone didn’t work for calls. Luckily someone helped us out and we got in. Highly recommend this place.

Zeinab at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, providing us with valuable information about the tours and local history. We enjoyed a pleasant supper in the evening, which included water, coffee, and tea, and found breakfast to be quite satisfying. The staff were notably friendly, enhancing our experience. The biggest issue was the so called AC. We had the family room which is quite large. I specifically chose this hotel because I knew it will be hot and in this one it said it has AC. However, the so called AC is a portable AC device. It didn't cool down the room. The room was approx 27-28 degrees when we went to sleep. All the device did was making a loud cranking noise the whole time the AC mode was on. So if you don't sleep with ear plugs and it is going to be hot (as it usually is in July), choose something else. Breakfast was ok quality. Nothing super fancy and not too many options but the quality is a tad better than in Scandic for example. Staff was quite nice but they didn't help with the A C problem. Just said that's how the AC is.

Bra information när man kom efter kl 19 på kvällen till hotellet genom att ringa ett samtal. Bjöds på kvällsfika och frukt. Det var snällt och gott efter resan. Tråkigt att det bara fanns tv1 och tv2. Saknas handduks hängare. Vi rekommenderar detta hotell till andra. Personalen fanns på plats vid frukosten. Vi kommer tillbaka.

Rent rum och bra frukost och kvällsfika. Även god pizza i närheten av hotellet. Trevligt Hotell men lite svårt att få kontakt med personalen om dom gör något annat i närheten. Bra Luftknditionering men låter lite mycket. Ett bra hotell som är värda pengarn och ligger nära Parken zoo
