I stayed one night at Grid Inn Myeongdong for a business trip, and I was genuinely impressed.
The most important factor for me when choosing a hotel is cleanliness — and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The bed sheets, pillows, bathroom, and overall room were spotless. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-maintained everything was.
Another standout feature was the Wi-Fi. Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, the speed was excellent — I tested it and got 400 Mbps download and 300 Mbps upload, which is rare for hotels in this price range.
The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful, just as many other reviewers mentioned. As a thoughtful gesture, the owner even gifted me a used umbrella when I checked out because I didn’t have one — such hospitality really stood out.
I stayed in the standard room, and while it was quite small, it wasn’t an issue for me since I was only there to sleep.
Overall, I highly recommend Grid Inn and will definitely return in the future.
