Decent location 20 minutes walk from St Leonard’s train station on the main line. Basic motel with basic rooms and amenities, partially upgraded and modernized. It was clean and functional however. Very friendly and easy-going staff. Very limited parking but they accommodated us when parking was full. They offered free toast, cereal, juice and instant coffee in the morning which was nice. Good budget option.
