호텔이 올드하지만 직원분은 친절하시고 온수 냉수 잘 나오고 방안 온도도 적절하게 따뜻하고 싱글침대와 더블 침대가 있어 편안하게 쉴 수 있어 가격대비 괜찮았습니다. 주변에 편의시설과 까페, 식당이 많아 야참도 즐길 수 있었고 동해바다가 가까워 산책하기 좋았습니다. 단지 층간 소음이 있어 좀 시끄러웠습니다.

오래되었지만 관리가 너무 잘된 숙소 추천!

해돋이 보러 간다고 후기보고 급히 찾았는데 너무 괜찮아요- 오래되어도 정말 깨끗하게 정리된 룸 컨디션. 재방문 의사있어요. 아이들있어서 걱정했지만 가족여행으로도 좋았고 뒤편으로 전부 숙박업소가 모여있어 편의점 음식점이 다 있어요. 추천! 관리 잘하셔서 번창하세요. 우리아이들 화장실 목욕도 했어요 ^^

패밀리투룸 객실로 넓고 화장실도 두개고 수돗물도 잘 나오고 에어컨도 각 방마다 있고 관리하시는 분도 너무 친절하셔서 좋았어요 노후된 호텔이긴 하지만 냄새안나고 객실이 깔끔했어요 내년에도 호텔코코 재방분하고 싶어요 주변에 이마트 차로 5분거리에 있고 호텔과 500m 정도 거리에 대형식자재마트 있어서 장보기도 너무 좋았어요 한섬해변도 바로 아래 있어 텐트치고 해수욕하기도 좋았어요

오래된 호텔같아 큰 기대는 안하고 갔어요. 하지만 막상 가보니 너무 깔끔하게 관리가 되어 있어서 솔직히 놀랐습니다. 가족들도 좋아했구요... 사장님, 사모님도 친절하셔서 좋았습니다.

숙박은 편하게 이용, 한섬해수욕장은 그늘이 1도 없어요.

좀 오래된 모텔같은 곳인데요. 다 나름 깔끔한데 에어컨이 상당히 오래된 상품이라 좀 찝찝했어요. 제가 묵은 곳은 아마 20년 넘은 벽그림형 에어컨인듯 같아요. 직원분들 친절하고 앞에 한섬해수욕장 접근이 용이한데 주차할 곳 없다해서 숙소 코앞이라 걸어다녔어요. 그런데 해수욕장에 치명적으로 그늘이 1도 없어요..
