Room could be better

The room we stayed in had mild on one shutter blinds. The bathroom was small with a toilet one end and a shower the other. The toilet seat was broken and was placed down the side of the toilet. There was a bit of mold on the celling.

do not book!!

terrible, but if you love bedsits, cold showers, dirty rooms, dirty carpets, no towels,no mirror in your room, a very small room, them having no record of your booking when yo arrive, then great!! Maybe the breakfast was good, i didn't dare try it, was scared i may get food poisining looking at the state of the place.

don't believe the pictures or description! Avoid!!

booked thru this site and another 1 for 2 rooms to save on cost. Wasn't worth what it cost, any amount. We arrived for the two rooms that we had paid for and booked. The gentleman was some stand in person, who said he had no record of the booking. Owner was on holiday. He tried and failed to turn on his ipad or whatever to check.I started to get worried. Then he said he would find us 2 rooms (IN A BEDSIT!) That is what this place is like, manky. That was it, din't take our names, which surely is a minimum, and he didn't get the info off his tablet either. my room had apparently been cleaned, but a pizza box in clear view by the bed?? no mirror in room, cold shower that went hot, next morning the shower just stayed cold. Is it 1 immersion heater for all the guests? had to ask for towels. room doors were awful to lock. If as they say, they have been refurbished, that is a lie. I have been in bedsit land in Morecambe, and this place is just like it. God knows why there are good reviews, that is why i booked it. didn't dare try breakfast, it was only a place to put my head for the night. Saying that tho, woke up scratching my head, which isn't a good sign. Thought the location was good, maybe, but i would rather stay near the station next time, maybe there are nicer places just north of the station. Please remove this hotel from expedia, as i should not have to pay to stay in a bedsit. It is meant to be a hotel, that's a laugh!!!

Warm & Friendly People .. Nice Place ..

Me and my husband stayed here over the May bank holiday weekend, Dave and all his staff were very friendly and welcoming we felt very relaxed and enjoyed every minute staying there with them. We got free parking right in front of the hotel, they just couldn't do enough for anyone that was staying there it was like an home from home atmosphere, they even had board games and dvds to keep the kids entertained even adults for that matter :D .. Also the breakfast in the morning was to die for, Dave was cooking the English and they offered tea/coffee and toast to sink a ship, fantastic breakfast 1 of the "Best" we have ever had in Blackpool truly amazing and set you up for the day "Thank You Dave" .. I would deffo recommend this hotel to my family and friends and I will go back there myself .. Just to say best wishes and may your business prosper always. Brilliant, lovely, salt of the earth people with a 10/10 score for hospitality "Thank You to Everyone" .. Keep up the good work ..

Downtown Blackpool Holiday Flat Hotel Room

This hotel is probably not much different than other Holiday Flat, downtown Blackpool places. It's one of many rooms in a older complex and may be considered acceptable for this type of accommodation. I really felt like it was more of a boarding house type of place and not sure if it was meant to be a hotel in terms of people coming to visit Blackpool for the weekend or not. As a Canadian visitor I was not sure if I had booked the right type of place for me as I was unsure if this place (although advertised on Expedia as a hotel) was really the type of check-in, check-out places set up for guest who are looking to stay 1-3 nights. It just felt a little awkward and unwelcoming, & not quite synchronized for incoming visitors. My observations. 1. No toilet paper supplied. 2. No cleaning service. 3. One clean towel and one small hotel soap bar provided for 3 day stay. Hot water scolding hot. Mattress old. Bedding & towel were clean and fresh. Hotel appears to be a smoking friendly place which is great if you smoke, but not good if non-smoker. Noisy activity past midnight from various rooms, either partying, drinking, or arguing. If customers like me paid for an advertised breakfast, don't make them feel like s*#t because now you have to make breakfast. As a guest, I didn't feel welcome to enter the dinning room from 9-10am for a breakfast (even though it's advertised as an incentive to stay at the hotel). No check out procedure for early departure or key drop off. Ltd parking.

Not a nice place to stay

Wish I had not booked and paid for this hotel online as the reviews I had seen must of been about a different b&b as the Osbourne we checked into was not fit for a family of 5, it was very small the window did not shut and didn't feel clean, we checked out and ended up going back home instead losing nearly £80..

5minute walk from town centre and beach.

Had too pay £9 for parking as only four spaces on there property. The only downside really. They should state that on there page. Besides that OK plaice
