施設は非常に古いです。喫煙部屋のためか壁紙も黄色く剥げてたりもします。駐車場の入り口がかなり狭いです。ベットなど寝具はキレイでした。皆さんコメントしていたニオイはしませんでした。ドアミラーギリギリでした。駐車場内も狭いのでUターンは大変でした。今回は上田で飲み会があり宿泊だったので寝るだけでしたがエクスペディアで予約して¥5000程で宿泊出来たのでよかったです。フロントのスタッフは丁寧な感じでした。

備え付けのスリッパは 使い捨てではなく 誰が使ったかわからないような使用感があるもので、大きめで男性が使った後のようなもの　それも使い込まれた感じ？ 前の宿泊客が水虫持ってたり、このスリッパ履いて立って用を足して、スリッパについてたらと思うと気持ち悪くて使えない

観光で2泊しました。 より駅に近いホテルもありましたが、上田城・商店街・飲み屋街に近い側だったので、不便とは感じませんでした。 設備は年季を感じさせますが、清掃されていました。 一点気になったのは、窓の外からファンの音（室外機？）がし続けた事です。ただ、雨戸を閉めれば気になりませんでした。

普通のビジネスホテルです。

昭和の雰囲気が漂うビジネスホテルです。 一応の設備は完備しています。 上田の駅直ぐ近くですので、便利です。 車での人は、駐車場料金別途￥４００かかります。 季節は４月中旬だったのですが、ちょっと寒い日だったのですが、軽い布団（薄掛け）でしたので安眠できず。 早々に（早朝に）バスタブにお湯を張って体を温めました。　その後、エアコンの暖房をかけました。

間接照明しかないためか、部屋がとても暗かったです。電気スタンドをお借りしましたがそれでも暗く、書類を読む必要があったので苦労しました。ホテル自体は古さを感じましたが掃除は行き届いており清潔感がありましたので、値段を考えると妥当かと思います。照明が暗い点を除けば満足でしたので、帰って寝るくらいの利用でしたらオススメです。
