My 3 day stay was wonderful. The hotel is just as it is advertised. Front desk is expedient and professional. The property is safe with the residents in mind. It's easy to assess and close to everything you need from public transportation to shopping. I've never stayed in a place that was so clean and organized. My room and hotel were both emaculant. The view from my sky 1 bedroom was marvelous. I never wanted to leave. I highly highly recommend staying here. I will return next year. Best stay ever.

Beautiful views of the sea from the balcony. Nice amenities, heated pool, gym with a good variety of machines and weights. It's location is perfect, close to everything, restaurants, supermarkets, the Southbank Promenade, the Crown Casino, the freeway, and close to many other places. The decoration of the lobby and the apartments looks very exclusive.

This was an outstanding stay. I am a regular visitor to Melbourne and this is the first time in ages where the apartment actually matched the photos on the site. From the moment I arrived the service was great. The room was well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The place is secure and a supermarket literally over the road! Once you work out the two closest tram stations then you will be connected to everywhere you need to go, and being just off the motorway makes ubers etc really easy. I loved it and will return.

Place was clean and comfortable. Renson at the front desk was awesome. He was so helpful and friendly. One issue we had was with the washer dryer combo - it didn’t dry well. Also the shower didn’t drain well or contain the water well and it would leak on the bathroom floor. You could see previous water damage on the floor in the bathroom and in the hallway. But overall we enjoyed our stay
