Location was good for our needs. Parking was fine. Close to a major road so we heard a lot of noise. We live in the countryside so this was not great for us.

6/10 Good

Our room was clean and pleasant but the building itself looked tired and the corridors are in need of renovation. Breakfast was OK but consisted of bruised apples, a good pastry, packaged waffles and cookies. OK for the money.

6/10 Good

The exterior is not attractive and needs attention. The interior seemed to be recently renovated and our room was clean and comfortable. There was no wifi for our entire overnight stay which was very inconvenient.

4/10 Fair

The rooms were tacky to say the least. One day we would have hot water the next day no hot water. The internet/wifi was out more than it was in. Holes in walls where there shotty work manship. The doors stick and need painting. The sinks in the bathroom need to be bigger or at least a vanity. The beds were very comfortable. The good thing in this establishment were the women at the desk. Emma especially. Parking was .limited when the house was full.

Very well maintained hotel with a beautiful view of the bay! We selected this place because it is right across from the ferry terminal. It is a short drive to town and Walmart Sobies, super store, Macdonalds and Tim hortons!
