Hotel review

We had to wait for our room as it was not ready. The toilet kept breaking down. You have to get the A subway to Cornelius and then a bus 246 to near the hotel. Then walk a few minutes on a fast road with no pavement and up the hill which was a bit scary. However the hotel itself was beautiful. So clean. So friendly. So wonderful. We loved it despite anything.

the staff are very helpful and friendly. Asia assisted me in planning my trip to the city, giving me a map and suggesting how to plan my day. the staff in the restaurant are excellent too. Francesco gives suggestion of what food I should try. Paolini checks if I was enjoying my meals. They want to ensure that I enjoy my stay in the hotel.

Had to go downstairs to get them to sign me into Wi-Fi and even when I got signed in it was very weak service …always going in and out. Also, for those that use public transportation, be aware it is on a steep hill which you will have to walk up. But it is very clean and everyone was very kind.
