Cosy but quality of service varies

Really cosy hotel in the middle of this beautiful town. Stayed 3 nights. The service was really friendly upon arrival, but service at breakfast was very slow. Last morning the service was slow AND rude. My colleague even said that I think the waitress really does not want us here. We had to ask for service and this dark haired girl with freckles forced herself to come and serve us with her face showing that she really does not want to work there.

Amazing small hotel near Amsterdam

This was our second stay in this amazing small hotel in Naarden. Great rooms, wonderful service, and a great location in the center of the Vesting (moated village). The breakfasts are fresh and great tasting. We'll be back and avoid the Amsterdam crowds.

This hotel will be our new home from home. We tried different hotels in the area in the past. It is elegant, clean, great staff, and a lovely restaurant downstairs. We stayed in Unit 10, which has a loft with a beautiful bathtub and high ceilings. The double head shower was fantastic as well. We seriously don't have anything bad to say about this hotel and highly recommend it. If you are worried about the lack of a receptionist desk, which I was, don't be! The door keys will be on my our phone before you arrive. If you have any concerns you just go down to the restaurant, tell any staff member, and it's resolved immediately. Great service.

The hotel is a beautiful historic building in the center of town. The room was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly. I fell in the night and cut my head. I could have used some ice, but was not able to reach the staff. Also, the hotel is a 30 minute walk from the train station. It would have been nice if different options for transportation to the hotel had been posted.

Personeel een pluim! Ontbijt /eten PRIMA! Er lag wel stof in de kamer , waterkoker zat vol kalk en was niet leeg .waterreservoir koffiezetapparaat leek of er ff met doekje door heen was gegaan De airco maakte veel lawaai .. als je hem uit zette ging die na een poos weer aan ! Er stond op een twee persoons kamer 1 stoel dat was niet prettig en die stoel was een stoel waar je goed op moet gaan zitten anders vliegt die onder je vandaan !

Et virkelig hyggeligt hotel! Vi havde et loftsværelse, og det var flot indrettet og rent. Det eneste man manglede var et stort spejl, så man kan se mere end bare sin hals og op. Rigtig flink og hjælpsomt personale. Byen omkring hotellet var også virkelig smuk og indbydende. Vi kommer helt klart igen, hvis vi er i området.

Mooie lokatie waar je echt op de geschiedenis ligt te slapen. Nette kamer met een goed bed en kussen. Tv en ruime douche met bad. Ontbijt was prima maar wel wat weining keus/klein en duur. Maar netjes en zorgvuldige bereid. Prachtige plek om even de oudheid te voelen.
