O Hotel é bem aprazível, com muito verde e de frente para o mar. A instalações do apartamento tipo oca precisa de reforma, principalmente no banheiro, que é antigo e necessita de manutenção. Tudo limpinho. Cama grande e muito confortável. Travesseiros muito confortáveis. Café da manhã delicioso, com muitas variedades de comida e bebidas. Piscina dos hóspedes grande, porém por conta de ser bem arborizado, mesmo com o senhorzinho limpando, ainda fica cheio de folhas da árvore. Fora isso, tudo maravilhoso. Lugar tranquilo além da conta. O local é lindo, bem arborizado. Porém, os qtos Ocas são muito expostos, a parede da frente é de cipós entrelaçados, de modo q as pessoas q passam fora, consegue ver tudo dentro do qto, mesmo com a cortina interna, pois a maioria das cortinas não é densa, tem transparência! Essa exposição ocorre principalmente no período noturno, onde os qtos ficam mais claros q o ambiente externo!
