We really enjoyed staying at HarbourView. The place was exactly as advertised - clean, new, and comfortable. In addition to the bedroom, there was a nice living area with a couch and chair. Little things like the nice Icelandic blanket made it cozy. Also appreciated the restaurant recommendations and the history of what this little town has endured the past few years. Would highly recommend.

The cabin was very clean and cozy. The small town was very peaceful and the locals are very friendly. The view from the cabin is beautiful and serene. Communication with the Harbour View company is very prompt and friendly. They were ready to assist with whatever was needed. I would definitely stay here again.

These are cute little houses convenient to Blue Lagoon. There is no reception but there is a main building with some amenities for nearby campers and a cleaning person comes daily. Communication was good including arrival instructions. House has full kitchen, nice bathroom including towel heater that helped us dry clothes, and full kitchen. Area near the harbor is pleasant (albeit a little industrial). Worked well for a one night stay. Our one complaint was that some of the property amenities were in less than good condition. The tv mount was damaged and was held up by a rope in the back so screen slumped downward. Also, the pull out couch felt flimsy as we opened it as one side appeared to be coming undone. The house had everything we needed but quite small so was barely big enough for the three of us and our luggage. You might need to leave some things in the car if you have 4 or more people.

A great cabin very conveniently located for blue lagoon and the airport. It is perfect for 2 adults for a few days but is a bit small for 4 adults if you want to stay a few days. We only stayed for a night and for that it was perfect. Check in was easy, the cabins look cool (exactly as shown in the photo). The surrounding area includea a small harbour / fishing / industrial town. The kitchenette was small but equipped reasonably well to make a couple of simple meals The bedding was great - clean and luxurious

The unit/room was a highlight of our trip for sure. If you book here it’s worth spending actually time in the room as something like that was hard to come by during our travels. The town didn’t have much variety for food to offer at the time, likely due to recent volcano activity, but the location was great and only a short drive to other hubs.
