It’s good location but need update everything . Everything it’s old and not working! Really disappointed. I asked to wake me morning at 04:00 o’clock. Unfortunately they didn’t. And I was nearly missing my flight. It’s not acceptable!

Mera Park Otel is a nice hotel. It us situated not far from the sea, The staff is very supportive, willing to help. Cleaning is not so regular, not very day but you can ask to clean it every day and staff will go to your ask. There is kitchen in the underground floor, there is microwave, plates, forks, spoons, etc. Also it's a good combination of quality and price. I liked to stay in Mera Park Otel. Staff doesn't know well English but I see that they are trying to learn and make progress. So in general I have good impressions.

Everything broken,

In central and near by restaurants and shops. Has air conditioning, but unfortunately all it’s broken and not working. I have to change 4 times rooms! I will definitely won’t recommend it! Everything it’s very old. Hair dryer not working. Wc not working. Fridge it’s very old. Doors and windows so difficult to closed.

My experience was very bad , the rooms smells smoke and they have a lot of insects in the rooms they was creeping around, the bathroom was acceptable but far from good . The walls was dirty and the workers was not politely and they did not know how to talk to guests. The rooms are old and really need a renovation.

I was cheated, although I had a confirmation with a reservation number the person at the reception said that there was no such reservation and I had to pay 10 euros more for one night.
