We had a wonderful stay at QuodLibet. As the other reviews mention, the staff is very accommodating and helpful and breakfast was wonderful. It is in a very convenient location as well- the metro stop is just a walking minute away. Our room was spacious and clean. Would absolutely stay there again.

It was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. And breakfast was included. Beds were so comfortable. The staff and owner were very friendly. So close to all of the sights Rome has to offer. 10 minute walk to the Vatican.

The room was excellent! Breakfast was delicious and, the main thing to stay here, the service. Gianluca and Lizeth are AMAZING hosts! They will let you know about anything in Rome, guide you to the best restaurants, how to move, call taxis for you, etc.. It was an amazing experience thanks to this wonderful hosts! This is better than a 5 star hotel.

This place was incredible. Gianluca was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and overall the perfect host. The location was good, 100m to metro. Nothing more than a 20min metro ride away. Quod Libet far exceeded my expectations!. Gianluca and his team were friendly, helpful and generous. My room was lovely and so comfortable. The breakfast was incredible -- croissant, breads, eggs, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffees and teas -- with no limits! The location was less than a mile from St. Peter's Square, which I visited every day. It was clean and safe as a solo traveler, with many dining options. I would highly recommend Quod Libet, and if my travels bring me back to Rome, I will certainly stay there again!

I don't know where to start for the Quodlibet. Juan Lucas is charming, accommodating, interested and interesting, always concerned about how things are going with you...there are just not enough words to describe how lovely he is. The Quodlibet in turn is clean and inviting and so so charming with breakfast on the roof. And it's situated near the metro and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. I traveled with my granddaughters and felt totally safe the whole time we were there. It was wonderful!

We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome. And if we ever should return, we would be staying here again. This is a very clean, fully serviced, safe property with outstanding service from the team. Lizette and team are incredibly warm, welcoming and inviting and go out of their way to ensure your needs are met. The entire vibe of the place is cozy and welcoming. The bathroom shower products etc are really lovely too! The team are also very knowledgeable and helpful in terms of transit support and directions and transit to / from the airport and port area. It is very centrally located in walking distance to the Vatican and hop on / hop off buses / transit etc. We really appreciated the support to get to the port in terms of transportation. This is truly a gem in Rome!

50th Anniversary

Wow!! What a wonderful experience. We were picked up on time at the airport by pre-arranged chauffeur . The manager Gianluca, gave us a brief, but very informative map tour of the sites which we were able to walk to. The roof top breakfast was exceptional. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Gianluca helped us extend our trip for an extra day. The location is central to the main attractions, collesium, forum, trevi fountain etc. The rooms were clean and well stocked. Nice HOT water. We highly recommend Quodlibet (whatever in Latin) for families or Lovers like us, you will not be disappointed

Our stay at QuodLIbet exceeded our expectations and was an amazing experience! THANK YOU to Gianluca (Owner & Operator) for your gracious hospitality and attention to detail in all aspects of our stay! From arrival to departure...the Owner and staff went above and beyond! Our arrival flight to Rome from the US was delayed over 5 hours...but Gianluca was able to adjust our airport transportation in real time to make sure our driver was there when we landed. Upon arrival at QuodLibet, he greeted us warmly and stayed after hours to get is checked in and situated. Our room was clean and in good order, and the great staff here made sure it was tip-top each day. The daily rooftop terrace breakfasts are amazing...with MTO eggs, plates of meats & cheese, baskets of toasted bread, sweet croissants with spreads, coffee to order, juices and yogurts...a great way to start the day! The location is perfect, with one-block access to the Metro and an easy 5-10 minute walk to the Vatican and other points of interest nearby. Markets and food options are plentiful in this neighborhood. It's a 2 minute walk to the nearest bar or restaurant....with options abounding 5-10 minutes away by foot. Please note...the rooms of QuodLibet are located on the 4th floor of the building. The elevator worked perfectly during our stay and was very helpful during our arrival and departure while dealing with the luggage.

Excellent location and superb service!

The stay aft QuodLibet / Casa Martini was excellent. I selected this accommodation after a thorough search. What I look for in a stay is good personal service and location above all. Judging by reviews many people were staying here for the second, third or fourth time and after my stay I understand why. Gianluca really tried to understand what we wanted to do while in Rome, what kinds of activities and food we like and made great suggestions for things to see, do and places to eat. Every morning the staff cooked eggs, made toast to order and they also had fresh fruit, coffee and yoghurt. Breakfast is served in a cozy area on the rooftop. The location is excellent as there is a metro stop a few steps away and the Vatican museums only around a 10 minute walk. Near the metro stop there is a really good coffee shop / gelateria called Lemongrass perfect for a quick espresso before heading out to see the sights. Of the places we ate in the neighbourhood there was one place I can't recommend enough and that's Pizzeria Giacomelli. We had dinner there three times in our 6 days in Rome. The roman style four cheese pizza and the Amatriciana (think carbonara ingredients + tomatoes) were our favorites as well as the tiramisu desert.

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The owner was incredibly nice, friendly, accommodating, pleasant, and helpful. All of the staff were wonderful, kind, and friendly as well. Our room was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully updated. Check-in was easy and seamless. The location was perfect, with close proximity to the Vatican and all the major tourist attractions, making it very convenient for exploring Rome. The breakfast was delicious, generous, and beautifully prepared, and it was such a wonderful way to start each morning. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. We would happily stay here again!
