Unique place. Like staying in a museum, especially if the owner has time to show you the whole property, where you can find museum pieces ranging from Viking swords to 1600s paintings to Japanese ceramics. Centrally located, within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Nice room in good location

Very nice room in a good location. Old style wooden building is pleasant to stay in. Clean and quiet. Only concern is lack of breakfast options - the bakery about 200m away was recommended by the guesthouse but while being a good bakery it does not really do breakfast. A better option would be to go the Quality Hotel nearby and pay 195NOK for their excellent buffet breakfast

Utrolig fint og sjarmerende sted med veldig hyggelige eiere som har gjort dette stedet til en perle :)veldig fint rom, gode senger, godt utstyrt av det man skulle trenge, Stort og fint bad og godt med sitteplasser og plass til og lage egen mat. Veldig sentralt. Veldig fin uteplass man kan sitte om man ønsker det. Fikk også sett to andre rom. Alle rommene har hver sin unike stil. Anbefales på det sterkeste. Vi kommer tilbake ved en senere anledning.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Lysko Gjestegaard. Ett charmigt och mysigt boende med personlig atmosfär och mycket trevliga värdar som fick oss att känna oss välkomna från första stund. Rummen var rena, bekväma och omsorgsfullt inredda. Boendet ligger i en lugn och vacker miljö, perfekt för avkoppling. Vi uppskattade också den fina rundturen när vi kom och den genuina gästfriheten. Ett ställe med mycket karaktär som vi gärna återvänder till och varmt kan rekommendera.
