Locked out and alone in Barcelona

The check-in process is a hassel and I was not aware of the additional 95€ cleaning fee due when you check-in. I came for the pool but it had no water in it. My key card stopped working and I was locked out of my room with no wallet, phone, or money. A terrifying experience all because the battery died on the card scanner.
