We reserved a room for 3 people and basically got a 2 bedroom unit for a very reasonable price. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Location was great - beautiful view from the balcony over the countryside and was right in the center of the city so easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Parking was a bit of a hassle but I eventually found some. Included breakfast from a cafe on the street that was delightful.

Last min booking and what a great find. The first property through the arch at Car Park 1. Lovely old building. 6 rooms available, ours was room 6 top floor, just stairs and quite tight at the top. Great views across the countryside. Couldn't have been better, will definitely use again.

Room with a view

The hotel was located within the old town of Montepulciano with many cafes, restaurants and wineries close by. The self check-in instructions was communicated the day before by WhatsApp and went flawless. The view from our room was the highlight of our stay with views on the old town and the landscape of Tuscany.
