Customer service of every employee was amazing. They were very courteous, quick to assist and friendly. Food from the Baya Hotel Restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed every entree we ordered. One things is that the room had some issues such as some of the walls had cracks, sliding doors on the balcony and bathroom wouldn’t lock properly. Some of the furniture were outdated, they had alot of scratches and wear and tear. We got the Panorama room and the view was priceless.

Great place to stay the rooms was very clean. Though, not much choice for breakfast but it is convenient and it is tasty. Gym not really good enough for me but just treadmill, dumbell rack and a bike and they all need a little bit of TLC. Hotel offer great activities for the area. Hotel was great and staff were very attentive. The pool had amazing views and was never too crowded. The breakfast options and restaurant were also good! The reception sorted our boat trips, airport transfer and laundry for us with no fuss. Only a short tricycle ride into Coron centre where there's lots of restaurants and bars, and walking distance from Coron port for ferrys to / from El Nido. Really recommend!
