Our room was generally fine, but the walls were dirty with black marks, most likely left by other guests’ suitcases. The jacuzzi room we booked is also quite small. At one point, the water stopped running completely before eventually coming back. You can also clearly hear when other guests are showering because the hotel has very poor sound insulation—you can hear almost everything. Unfortunately, we had to change rooms because ours developed a water leak. When we entered the new room, there was a very strong smell of dampness and humidity. I quickly understood why the door to that room had been left wide open ever since our arrival—it was most likely to air it out after some kind of water damage. When I asked the host whether this room had previously suffered water damage, he assured me that it had not. However, given the strong damp smell and the fact that the room had been left open for ventilation, I found that difficult to believe. Will I go back to this hotel ? NO

Upon arriving already we were having issues with the staff. We don’t speak Portuguese but we were using Google Translate with them which is fine we don’t expect for the staff to speak English. However, after 2 days of traveling to get there we did request to check in a bit early (15-30 min) after being absolutely disgusting from planes, bus, and ferry rides. The woman at the check in desk literally laughed in our faces when we explained to her that we just want a shower and we were aware that the room was ready. Throughout our stay we were rejected simple services that hotels offer like room cleaning service and had to request several times for someone to come and clean the room and request fresh towels. In the end we also had to sweep our own floors in the rooms. We ended up checking out 2 days early from their lack of service and when requesting a refund for the nights not used they refused and tried to get us to sign a form in Portuguese that we stayed the whole time we were supposed to. Thank god for Google Translate.

A pousada estava com pouquíssimos funcionários, na piscina não estava servindo nenhum petisco, a cerveja Heineken estava quente, pois o rapaz informou que as 13h ele havia acabado de colocar pra gelar ( zero programação). Pedimos ao funcionário para colocar um sombreiro para área da praia o mesmo disse que não dava para colocar por que ele estava sozinho. Área do café da manhã com os 3 ar condicionados quebrados, um calor terrível.

A pousada fica em uma excelente localização.. que é a 2 praia! O acesso é facil.. depois que ja esta em Morro.. a equipe da recepcao é bem prestativa e solicita. Ficamos em dois modelos de quartos! O primeiro mais espaco com banheira e o segundo com piscina privativa! A piscina é super gelada e nao estava limpa, nao utilizamos. Para o nível que propõe o hotel.. acho que deixam a desejar : cafe da manha.. todo dia as mesmas opções! E também falta serviço de restaurante no hotel.. caso deseje ficar no hotel teria que pedir de outros locais/delivery!

A pousada é muito bonita e confortável. Tinha a preocupação de que fosse barulhenta, por ser beira mar, mas foi muito tranquila a estadia (ficamos no quarto 204 e depois no 211). O 204 tinha cheiro de mofo, que depois identificamos mofo no teto do banheiro. A área da piscina é linda, mas me preocupou uma rachadura gigante que tinha nela pelo lado externo, com quase 10cm, o que parece que a qualquer momento ela vai estourar. Tirando algumas coisas relacionadas a conservação, a equipe foi muito atenciosa e o café da manhã é bom. Essa parte da segunda praia foi uma excelente escolha para a estadia, tudo bem próximo. A pousada também conta com cadeiras de praia na frente, o que tornou tudo bem prático.
