My room (rm no 202) was next to the staircase on the top level. There was construction work taking place on the stairs, which started at 7 a.m. and woke my family up every morning. It was a little difficult with a small tired 5 year old going up and down the stair due to no lift and the room was so tiny that we had to eat on the bed causing more laundry. But I have been going there since 1992 due to its location but they used to be much roomier and easy to get around now they are very small and tight.

Soundproofing was a little bad at times with people slamming doors (obviously not the hotels fault) and the karaoke next door was quite loud on the weekend but all in all it was a lovely hotel with extremely kind staff!

Fantastic. Issue to a recent injury I had to use a walker and the staff were fantastic at finding me a room on the first floor because the lifts were not in use. The staff were great at h carrying the walker up and down the stairs when I needed to go out and were just lovely. The room was great and quiet and had high ceilings and a really comfortable bed and pillows. I will stay here again.
