It was a terrible stay. We booked a Panoramic Double Room, but were given a room with 3 beds that is barely decorated. We thought they made a mistake but when the gentleman at the reception called the owner (?) to check on the phone, he told me that it IS the room we booked even though it looked nothing like the photos. He further said that since it has 3 bedrooms, it is a more expensive room but they won’t charge me extra. He kept telling me it is the room I booked. After hanging up the phone, the gentleman at the reception showed me the next room and said it is the room in the photos but it is occupied. The room we were given was upstairs but since there are 3 beds, it felt cramped. There were only 2 power outlets in the entire room, none of which was near the bed. There were no bedside table. The shower drain was so slow that we needed to keep stopping shower so that it won’t spill. There was only a thin bed sheet to cover yourself with (no blanket or comforter), and while this seems common (we experienced this in other guesthouses), no extra blanket was provided (other guesthouses did). It got cold at night and we had to wear our jackets to bed. The only positive thing about this guesthouse was that they prepared breakfast 1 hour earlier because we were leaving early and the breakfast was delicious. After breakfast, the owner (?) again insisted it is the room I booked. I am posting the photos of the room we were given. Would have never stayed here had we seen the photos!
