unfortunately it was an underwhelming experience. for the price of the stay, the hotel is not offering much, no coffee or tea in the room, toiletries are not offered and are up for purchase, no tissue papers in the room, no complimentary bottles of water. For the price of a stay there, you’d expect all of these to be offered in the room. Also, the hotel is not baby friendly, the room doors close abruptly and loudly, which woke up our child many times every time neighboring guests left/entered their room.

Ett i grunden fint hotell som börjar bli slitet. Det senaste året har jag bott fyra nätter på Steam och varenda gång har det varit något som inte fungerat. Sista tillfället var det totalstopp i duschbrunnen med översvämning som följd. Fixades av trött personal så småningom

Otroligt frukostbuffe för de som är glutenintoleranta. Dessutom med eget smör så man slapp kontaminerat bregott. Personalen otroligt hjälpsam och informerade om allt som var glutenfritt och det fanns skyltar så man inte behövde gissa. Kommer återvända!

Allt fungerade utmärkt, från mottagandet till det vi checkade ut! Så trevlig personal och klass på mat och service i Chamberlain grillrestaurangen. Fint rum med fantastiskt utsikt från 17 våningen över Mälaren. En natt räcker inte för att utforska detta fantastiska hotell som även är granne med Kokpunkten. Vi återkommer mer än gärna!

Har absolut inget att klaga på. Verkligen ett fantastiskt hotell att bo en natt på med sin partner. 3 restauranger att välja på, flera mysiga lounger, och allmänt mysig atmosfär. Första men absolut inte sista gången jag och frugan åker dit. Kul med egna drinkar som va komponerade av restaurangen/baren. 5/5 stjärnor utan tvekan!
