Very run down. First look up on the drive up. Broken skylight panels, fountain not working, pavers uneven. Pool was supposed to be the best part but was closed for maintenance the whole trip. Noisy maintenance work inside and out. Showers full of mold and missing grout. Very dated fixtures. Splintered wooden cabinetry. Poorly repaired walls. blackout curtains had holes. Musty smell in the rooms. Bedding was comfortable with nice pillows. Same breakfast choices everyday- adequate quality. Poor wifi. No internet authorized on the TV... forget your hulu or firestick! Limited cable options.

Foi bom, porém acho que tem pontos a melhorar. A café não conta com grandes variedades, além de nunca estar completo e a reposição ser apenas de uma pessoa que por sinal muito atencioso. O hotel não disponibiliza de contato de delivery e devido sua localização não tem opções além do shopping. É um lugar bom para descansar (dormir) pois nao tem entretenimento para crianças. A sala de jogos estava suja de cerveja e a brinquedoteca não tem opções atrativas. Tudo tem que buscar fora. A limpeza dos quartos não falhou, de fato foi impecável nisso estão de parabéns. Em geral é um hotel para passar a noite então se gosta de explorar a cidade ou passeios durante o dia é um bom lugar.

Acho que a piscina deveria ser com aquecimento..e um grande diferencial para os hotéis. Não sei porque no Brasil.. Isso não é relevante.. Ainda mais nas regiões mais frias.. Hóspede quer utilizar a piscina mas torna se inconveniente..vc fica 4 dias num hotel e não pode pegar uma piscina..por não ter o conforto de aquecimento..e desanimador. O café da manhã ...apesar o grave esforço dos funcionários..a reposição.. Não atendia a demanda.. chegar bem cedo nos dias de muito hóspedes.

Café razoável, opções ok, mas sem muito luxo. Quarto cheio de manutenção a ser feita, umidade na parede perto da janela, cheio de mofo no silicone do box do banheiro, madeira do guarda-roupa estufada. Sauna minúscula com a madeira já meio apodrecida, muito escura que dava até medo porém funcionando. Academia nem pode ser chamada de academia… no máximo um espaço fitness… tem duas esteiras, 1 aparelho de andar e 1 equipamento de braço com alteres ao lado… Nada demais. Não vale o valor cheio de quase 400 reais a diária.
