Staff were super friendly. They made us feel welcomed from check-in until we left. Only inconvenience was the construction in front of the hotel. Not their fault, but it definitely made it harder to haul luggages and taxis had to drop/pick you up down the road. Other than that, highly recommend.

Overall, this was one of best hotels I have acquired from Expedia. The room was tremendous; clean, new, and well appointed. The staff was incredible - Carine, Daphne and Andrea were all helpful. This is a small hotel with wonderful, helpful staff! All employees were very welcoming and accommodating. A high quality, made to order breakfast was included each day along with a buffet and fresh squeezed Orange Juice! Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Daphne and Karine were always so willing to answer any of our questions. The only downside was that there was road construction in front of the hotel and it made it harder to get in and out of the property. The hotel informed us ahead of time and upgraded our room. We would definitely stay at the Qbiq Hotel again!
