We had an absolutely lovely time at this hotel, the hotel met all our expectations and far more, the staff are fantastic, so polite, happy and cheery, we could not fault our stay here. It was in such a lovely spot. We will definitely be coming back. We nearly opted to go next door to the 5 star hotel but after reading both sets of reviews for both of these hotels we are so glad we chose this one.

It looks even better than the photos! The room is great, the bed is huge! Lovely and clean bathroom. The staff were all amazing, we loved the buffet breakfast as there was so much choice. The food and drink menu for lunch at the bar was great. The pool is lovely. The umbrellas on the beach were a great addition for free. About a 15 min walk into Sami, so close to Melissani cave also. We will be coming back, everyone who was there seemed to know each other also which shows everyone comes back!

Sami Beach was excellent. Quite a long drive from the airport but well worth it. The views from the hotel both out to sea and inland over the forests and mountain are wonderful. The hotel was very welcoming and friendly. Sami is the best town on this lovely island. Quiet out of season but lots to see and do, and great food.

Lovely staff and very easy to park. Good location and room size was very generous. It's super easy and safe to walk to Sami for dinner. Lots of options for breakfast and staff are very happy to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sami Beach Hotel. We’d booked 3 nights at the hotel but ended up staying for 10 nights as we were massively let down by the villa owner on the day of arrival in Kefalonia (we’d booked 5 months prior). Caroline on reception and owner Spiro couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely family run hotel. 20 minutes walk to supermarket and restaurants on the seafront. However the restaurant in the square, few minutes walk is very good and great atmosphere. Would suggest a car to explore other beaches. Alternatively “Hop On” boat hire just by the hotel is run by a nice couple so you can explore the coast and go to beaches than cars are unable to. Would recommend this hotel to friends & family.

Amazing views from the hotel, bus stop from Argostoli nearby. Easy to walk to mellisini caves and easy to arrange transfer to the Sami to Patras Ferry. No need to leave hotel till at least 8.10 for the ferry but we left earlier as I was a bit of a worrier! Pool and hot tub amazing. Tennis court great fun with the kids. Easy to walk to Sami and to restaurants. Only regret I wasn’t stopping longer! Staff so friendly and helpful. The staffs English was excellent which helped me as I know very little Greek. I’d come back for sure. Kids loved it too.

Relaxing seafront stay

Very enjoyable stay in the Garden Suite. We had a very relaxing stay, making good use of the pool, with the additional option of the sea at the front of the hotel. Service was very attentive from all the staff. Plenty of loungers available at all times. Well situated, a 20 minute stroll from the main restaurants in Sami, which was a lovely walk by the sea. Would definitely return.
