This place is a hidden gem! Because it is not a very large resort the hot springs were never too crowded. The hotel accommodations were simple but very well maintained. The overall size and quality makes this a place everyone needs to visit when they come to Idaho.

You can tell this is a family run business and family friendly. The few issues we had (tv, more towels) were met with enthusiasm for / and quick response.

Family trip to Hot Springs

Family trip to hot springs. We were able to play in the hot springs upon check in, after dinner and again the next morning. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The improvements to the facility is well done. We will be back. So relaxing to enjoy the pools and stay on property.

We had a great time for Valentine’s Day. The hot tub was full of a bunch of loud obnoxious teenagers, but still had a great time relaxing. Bed sucked, but the jetted tub was great. Check-in was easy, and hassle free. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, would recommend this place as a weekend getaway.

Enjoyable experience

It was a lot of fun for me and my two small children. The water park was awesome and the room was comfortable. Front desk service was very kind and helpful. And we got our room and water park passes for an amazing price. We will definitely return if we are ever back in the area.
