壁のコンセントが陥没していて使えなかった。 ユニットバスの排水口のふたが割れていた。 道路を挟んだ反対側がソープランドだったり、並びに違法風俗っぽい店があったりして、環境が悪い。 一方、フロントの対応は良かった。 また無料のコーヒーサーバやアメニティ（マウスウォッシュまであった）はなかなか充実していた。

値段を考えると及第点ですね。口コミでもありましたが、スタッフさんの感じはかなりいいです。部屋のライトが非常灯みたいなやつしか電球が付いてなく、部屋の真ん中にあるライトの場所が電球外されていた為、かなり暗いです。もうちょっと明るい部屋だと更に良かったです。

清掃はそこそこ頑張っていると思うが、設備が全て古かったです。 水道は温度調節が手動、温度も不安定でした。 トイレはウォシュレットではなかったので便座が冷たく…。 周辺も閑散としていて本当に寝泊まりのみの立地でした。 徒歩圏内にコンビニがあって良かったです。
