10/10 Exceptional

I had a great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever I needed anything. My room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

2/10 Poor

The check-in ‘cage’ reminded me of a prison visit but that could’ve been manageable if it weren’t for my husband finding a bigger bed bug, we think, under the one mattress. We were forced to stay last minute in Montreal and couldn’t find any other accommodation (other than Ritz Carlton for $3800/night) so paid around $450 for one star motel. The rooms are renovated and nicely appointed with comfortable bed/mattress but i didn’t sleep as was too busy‘counting’ bed bugs?!

Inside the rooms are some how ok, but then the impression when yo outside the property is a little disturbing.

2/10 Poor

Room was clean, but the smell is terrible. Beds are hard. The building is pretty rough on the outside. Parking lot is also rough. Guaranteed will never come back here.

Very creapy area. Cleans aren't very clean. Walls are as thin as a piece of paper, you hear people talking. NOT a place to go back.

2/10 Poor

The box spring sits on a box. Lots of dirt and hair between the box and the spring box. Toilet paper holder missing. No shampoo nor air conditioner. Nasty smell in the bathroom. The outside look of the motel is very poor. No chain lock on the old wooden door.

Correct.
