We arrived at the hotel to check in... there was nobody at the front desk...had to ring the bell several times before the lady came up...our room wasn't available that I reserved a month ago...the hotel was under remodeling and no pools or hot tub was open...this was very disappointing because it was my birthday...we had to cancel our reservation and find another hotel room.

The best part about the stay was the pool with slide. The room was good but the bathroom was very small, fan didnt work so the humidity built up quickly and made a mess. It was very small, and paint coming off the walls in the bathroom. Probably from the moisture .

The whole place was dirty, roof leaking, and shady. Our room was supposed to be ready at 4PM, we waited until 8PM and the guy at the desk wanted to switch rooms, switch beds, and charge another fee. Unfortunately i had to get Expedia involved and they thankfully switched us to a hotel down the road at no extra cost. We pulled in and our room was ready upon arrival. I would not recommend Cascadia to my worst enemy. Please avoid it
