Our stay at the Hotel Britannia - three nights

Our stay was excellent - the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms were adequate and clean, breakfast was very good, parking was very close to our chalet door about two metres away). My wife was especially happy with the hotel and wants to return next year.

As instalações do hotel são muito boas! Ótimo estacionamento, café da manhã variado e muito bem servido. Só tivemos um problema na tv do quarto que não estava funcionando. Fomos à recepção e encaminharam um funcionário para tentar resolver, porém, não conseguiu. O hotel nos ofereceu um up grade, contudo, não gostamos da acomodação que nos foi oferecida e também já havíamos arrumado nossas coisas no quarto. Ficamos sem tv. No meu ponto de vista, acho que deveriam verificar se todos os aparelhos da acomodação estão funcionando perfeitamente para que não haja esse tipo de problema. No mais, o hotel é bastante agradável.

A estádio foi boa, o hotel tem um estilo próprio e temático, bem próximo ao centro de Penedo, as acomodações são confortável. Os profissionais são super solícitos e educados, fomos muito bem atendidos. E o café da manhã muito bom também!
