Fabulous spot right in the heart of Venice making St Mark's Square very easily accessible. Lovely and quiet side street too so not bothered by general tourist noise but so close to everything still. Really helpful staff on arrival to bring our bags up and the owner was there to greet us and check us in. The breakfast room where you arrive is lovely and light with high ceilings and the room we were staying in was just incredible - it was absolutely huge, with a ginormous bathroom as well, beautifully decorated and just so very comfortable. It almost felt a waste since we were so often out and not there to enjoy it! Breakfast in the morning was excellent and such a friendly welcome from the staff that were on. Coffee was to order and the selection was just perfect before a day out sightseeing. We will definitely be returning to Venice and looking to stay here again. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Everything was perfect! Excellent view of the canal, you could hear singing from the gondolas below. Beds and shower were nice. Breakfast was very good. It took us a while to realize we had to ring a doorbell to get inside, may be nice to include that in the instructions.
