So big apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bath, big living room, so clean, nothing missing, location is amazing, with big family all enjoyed

6/10 Buena

Place itself is pretty good. So much better value than a hotel. The bin hadn’t been emptied and bath robe was a bit thread bare and the light flickered in the bathroom- those sort of things lose a few points. Main issue isn’t really the fault of the place but the location is just not great. It’s in the heart of Leeds which is fine but it’s down a narrow back street used, on my visit, by a trio of drug users. And the view out of the window is immediately onto student flats a few metres away so I pulled the blinds down for privacy because I was facing someone sat at their desk.

Spot on. Good room had two toilets as well, which is a bonus nice and clean well located.

4/10 Regular

The check-in experience was terrible. The woman checking me in was not friendly at all; very dismissive and not impolite but not polite, indifferent I guess. The deposit took ages; the card machine didn’t work despite me having money in my account as the email link worked first time. In the room, the TV didn’t work, the glasses in the kitchen had some kind of grease or dirty film at the bottom, there were hairs on the lamp, there was a hole in the bedroom wall, and worst of all; a filthy tissue under the sofa in the living room. The apartment itself was nice, but for the price the sheer amount of small issues was far too big to be acceptable.

The property was centrally located and well equipped. There was no microwave but we didn't need it. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were able to store our bags which were then taken to our flat for us. This is a lovely home away from home. We would stay there again.

8/10 Muy buena

A great room, more like an apartment, with good facilities. The room was clean and well-equipped - sofa, dining table, kitchen, coffees, teas, etc. The room was large and excellent and well-maintained. The suite was a little tricky to find - reception in one tucked-away building, room in another tucked-away building, but this added to the 'pleasant surprise' with the room.

8/10 Muy buena

We stayed in room 101 which was next to the main door so a little noisy when people coming and going, also a little noise from the street. Overall the apartment was lovely, really clean, large and very central. I would stay again but not in this room.
